1. Who we are

CSRA Precision Imaging, LLC ("we," "us") is a commercial drone imaging company based in Augusta, Georgia, serving the Central Savannah River Area. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our request forms, our client portal, and our flight operations, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information you give us

When you request a quote or service, call, text, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• Your name, company, email address, and phone number
• The property address or location to be flown
• The service you need, project details, and any photos you upload
• How you heard about us
• Billing details needed to send quotes and invoices

We do not collect payment card or bank account numbers on our website. If you pay online, your payment is handled directly by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card or account number.

3. Project data we create for you

When we fly a project, we create aerial photographs, radiometric thermal imagery (temperature readings), maps and 3D models, flight records, annotations, and written reports. Images and flight records contain GPS location and time information, because that is what makes the data accurate and useful for your project.

• Confidential by default. Your project data is used only to deliver your project. We do not sell it, publish it, or share it with anyone except you and the people you ask us to share it with.
• No marketing use without permission. We will not use your imagery, location, or findings in our gallery, samples, or advertising unless you give us written permission. Any example we do publish with permission is anonymized, with identifying details such as the address and location removed.
• Incidental capture. Aerial imaging can unavoidably include parts of neighboring properties, vehicles, or people. We plan flights to focus on the property we were hired to document, never use incidental capture for any other purpose, and will crop or remove incidental content on request.
• FAA Remote ID. As required by FAA rules, our aircraft broadcasts Remote ID information (such as the drone's position and the location of its controller) during flight. This is a public safety broadcast and does not include your personal information or project data.

4. How we use information

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your request and prepare quotes and proposals
• Schedule, plan, and safely conduct flights, including weather and airspace checks
• Process, interpret, and deliver your reports and project data
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, invoices, and hosting renewal notices
• Keep business, tax, insurance, and legal records
• Send marketing messages only if you opted in, with an easy way to opt out at any time

5. Your secure client portal

Finished projects are delivered through our online client portal. To protect your data:

• Each project has its own access code. Codes are kept in protected server settings, never in our website's code, and we send them only to you after delivery.
• Every connection to the portal is encrypted (HTTPS). Reports and project files are kept in private storage and can only be downloaded after the project is unlocked; there are no public links to your files.
• After you enter your code, the portal sets one security cookie that remembers that this browser unlocked that project, for up to 90 days. It is marked secure and cannot be read by scripts, and it is used for nothing else. The portal may also remember your preferred temperature unit (°F or °C) in your browser.
• Client portal: we record when a project's map is opened and when its report is downloaded, so we know a delivery arrived. Only the project and the date and time are kept: no IP address and no device or browser details.
• Client portal: "Show my location" uses your device's location only on your screen while it is switched on; it is not stored or sent to us. The map pictures themselves are loaded from our map provider for the area you are viewing.
• Only CSRA Precision Imaging can add or change annotations and findings on your project.

3D projects include 6 months of portal hosting; after that, hosting is optional (see our pricing page). If hosting lapses, your project is archived, not deleted, unless you ask us to delete it. Your final files are available to download at delivery either way.

6. Text messages and email

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, appointments, and project (for example, scheduling and weather updates). Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Marketing texts and emails are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Service providers we use

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business. They process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Jobber: our request forms, client records, quotes, scheduling, invoices, and client messages.
• Payment processor: online payments, if you choose to pay online.
• Vercel: hosts our website and client portal, and provides privacy-friendly website analytics.
• Private cloud storage and database providers: store portal files, annotations, and findings in non-public storage.
• Phone and email providers: deliver our calls, texts, and email.
• Map and font providers: our pages load fonts from Google, and our contact page shows a Google map; portal background maps load from Esri and OpenStreetMap. These providers receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) when your browser loads their content, but they do not receive your project data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of people or property. We will notify you of a legal demand for your project data where we are allowed to.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our marketing website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use social media tracking pixels. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Like all websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. The only cookie our portal sets is the security cookie described in section 5. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals require no additional action; we already honor them.

9. How we protect information

We use encrypted connections, per-project access codes, private storage, restricted administrator access, and secure business accounts to protect your information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but if a security incident ever affects your information, we will notify you promptly and as required by applicable law.

10. How long we keep information

• Requests that don't become projects: deleted on request, and otherwise kept only as long as reasonably needed to follow up.
• Client and billing records: kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and insurance purposes.
• Project data: kept so we can support your project, answer questions, and provide copies if you need them later (for example, for an insurance claim). You can ask us to delete your project data at any time, unless we are legally required to keep it.

11. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we have about you or your project
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information or project data
• Withdraw permission for any use you previously approved
• Opt out of marketing texts or emails

We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for exercising these choices. To protect you, we may need to confirm your identity before releasing or deleting project data.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for property owners, businesses, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the update here and change the effective date above. We will not use information you already gave us in a materially different way without your consent.
