Thermal Drone Services for Hunters & Landowners
From recovering a downed deer an hour after dark to mapping 400 acres of hog pressure before the season β we deploy fast, fly thermal, and get you the data you need when you need it.
Post-Hunt Wildlife Recovery
When a blood trail goes cold, every minute counts. The Matrice 4TD's infrared sensor detects body-heat signatures through hardwoods, creek bottoms, and thick brush to locate your downed animal fast β day or night. Call us directly for the fastest response.
Wildlife recovery uses thermal imaging only. Earlier you call, stronger the signature, higher the recovery rate.
- Infrared thermal detection day & night
- Systematic grid search pattern
- GPS pin of animal location sent directly to you
- Real-time phone communication during the search
- Video clip of confirmed find
- Deer, hog, turkey & other game
Feral Hog & Nuisance Animal Detection
Feral hogs, coyotes, and other nuisance animals move most aggressively at night β when you can't see them. Our thermal assessment flights systematically cover your acreage after dark, delivering GPS-tagged animal counts, density mapping, and travel-corridor data.
- Dusk & night thermal assessment flights
- Sounder location, size estimate & GPS tagging
- Coyote, bobcat & predator mapping
- Travel corridor & wallowing area identification
- Crop damage documentation
- Written report with thermal screenshots
Wildlife Census & Herd Assessment
Know what's on your property before the season starts. Thermal census flights cover your entire tract after dark when animals are most active, delivering population counts, buck-to-doe ratios, and GPS-mapped herd locations β data that used to take a full season of trail cameras to approximate.
- Full thermal population count β deer, turkey, hog
- Buck-to-doe ratio estimation
- GPS-tagged herd locations
- Animal density heat map of your property
- Seasonal repeat flights for trend tracking
- Management report usable for NRCS / tax records
Landowner Questions
Call or text (706) 214-2772 directly β don't wait on the contact form. We mobilize as fast as possible. The thermal signature of a downed animal fades with time, so faster is always better. After-hours response is available.
Thermal detects heat radiating upward and outward from an animal's body. It works through light-to-moderate canopy and brush. Dense double-canopy at low temperatures can reduce effectiveness β which is another reason earlier is better after a shot.
Dusk to midnight when hogs are most active and ambient temperature is dropping β increases the contrast between the animal and background. Summer heat reduces effectiveness; fall through early spring is ideal in Georgia.
For hog detection and census flights, no β we just need legal access to fly. For wildlife recovery, the hunter should stay nearby so we can relay a GPS location immediately when we find the animal.
